SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME (SMP)
The GCPBS Senior Management Programme (SMP) is designed to enhance the efficiency of executives and increase their capacity for complex strategic thinking, proficient leadership and dynamic management. The programme is a carefully crafted set of peer group interactive sessions, where business peers and professionals from a wide range of functions, industries and countries share ideas and develop an enlightened perspective on the economy, business trends, and best practices, under the guidance of respected and renowned business leaders. The perfect opportunity to upgrade managerial skills and strategic thinking, participants will receive a clear understanding of current best practices, context and effective processes for successful leadership and understand proven methodologies to optimise management competence and increase self-management skills.
Programme Objectives
The programme aims to impart participants with a strong understanding of their roles, the skills he or she must bring into play and the styles and nuances of their behaviour and leadership style in the company. The programme will concentrate on best practice and the structure and nature of modern progressive organizations. It also aims to provide a refreshing, lively and interactive forum for genuine learning and a strong network across diverse positions, industries and countries.

The SMP is specifically designed for members of the top management level in Organisations: General Managers, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers who are responsible for strategic planning and development within their companies.
This programme will bring together an optimum mix of practitioners and faculty with experience across diverse industries.
Key Features
The key feature in the programme will be a modular programme in Garden City Premier Business School (GCPBS). In this programme, participants will be able to share insights and knowledge with other entrepreneurs from Rivers State, Nigeria, as well as broaden their networks and identify opportunities to expand their business beyond the Niger Delta.
Programme Delivery
The Senior Management Programme is a non-residential modular programme of four modules, which runs for 12 weeks over a 4-month period with one day every week for class sessions. Part of the Programme will take place in Nigeria and the other part in a designated American or European Country.
Due to the busy working schedules of participants, the SMP is flexibly designed to be delivered in a multi-modular format, offering participants a unique opportunity to undertake substantial learning and development that can be fitted into their professional and personal life. The case methodology will be a primary tool for delivery of course material, in addition to thought-provoking lectures and enlightening group discussions. Participants are awarded a Certificate upon completion of the programme

Programme Fee
The fee is N5,000,000 (Five Million Naira Only). An initial deposit of 70% of the programme fee is required to secure a place once admission is offered.
